Produced from the same model as your renderings
The most cost-effective way to get an animation is to produce it from the model built for your still images. The materials, furniture, landscaping and lighting are already approved, so the work is planning the camera paths and rendering the frames. That is why our animations start at $500 USD per 30 seconds when they follow a set of exterior or interior renderings.

How the production works
- Storyboard. We agree on the spaces to show, the order and the duration, and send a storyboard with the camera paths.
- Preview. You receive a low-resolution version of the full sequence to adjust timing, materials, lighting and furniture.
- Final render and editing. We render the final frames, add music, titles and your branding if you want them, and deliver the formats you need.

How much does a 3D architectural animation cost?
Walkthrough animations start at $500 USD per 30 seconds of final video when produced from a model we already built for your renderings. The price depends on the length, the number of spaces covered and the level of detail in furniture and landscaping. You receive an itemized quote in USD before we start.
Do I need renderings first?
No, but it helps. If we produced your still renderings, the 3D model, materials and lighting already exist and the animation costs less. If we start from scratch, the quote includes building the model, which can then be used for still images too.
How long should a walkthrough video be?
Most sales videos run between 30 and 90 seconds: long enough to show the approach, two or three key spaces and an amenity, short enough for social media. Longer presentations for investors or planning boards are produced on request.
Can I review the animation before it is final?
Yes. You approve a storyboard and camera paths first, then a low-resolution preview of the full sequence. Materials, lighting, furniture and timing are adjusted at that stage, before the final high-resolution render.
What formats do you deliver?
MP4 in full HD or 4K, in landscape for websites and screens and in vertical or square cuts for social media. We can also deliver the sequence without music or titles for your own editing.
