Outsource Your Architectural Renderings to a Nearshore Studio
An English-speaking rendering team in your time zone, without the overhead of an in-house visualizer. Quotes in USD, previews before final delivery and 14+ years of experience.
Hiring an in-house visualizer makes sense when there are renderings to produce every week. For most firms there are not: there are weeks with three presentations and weeks with none. Outsourcing turns a fixed salary, software licenses and render hardware into a per-image cost you only pay when a project needs it.
Realidad Arquitectónica has produced architectural renderings and animations for more than 14 years from Guadalajara, Mexico. We work with US architecture firms, interior design studios and developers as an extension of their team: same files, same deadlines, same standard of quality, in English and in your working hours.
In-house visualizer vs. nearshore studio
An in-house 3D artist in the US costs a salary plus benefits, software subscriptions and a workstation, whether or not there is work that week. A nearshore studio charges per image, starting at $120 to $200 USD, and scales up or down with your pipeline. We compare the three models in detail in in-house vs. nearshore rendering. You keep design control through previews and revisions; we take care of modeling, materials, lighting, rendering and post-production.
Nearshore vs. offshore
Offshore studios are often cheaper per image but cost you in turnaround and communication: a question asked in the afternoon is answered the next morning, and a revision loop takes two days. From Mexico, our working day overlaps with US Central Time, so previews, questions and revisions move within the same day. Communication is in English, by email, video call or shared folders, with one point of contact who knows your projects.
How we work as an extension of your team
- Onboarding. We agree on a style reference for your firm: camera heights, lens, lighting mood, entourage and post-production. If you have a brand guide, we follow it.
- Per project. You send the model or drawings and a brief. We send an itemized quote in USD the same business day.
- Previews. You receive preview views to check materials, lighting and camera angles. Revisions are made from your comments.
- Delivery. Final high-resolution images or video, delivered without our branding, ready for your presentation.
Recurring volumes
Firms that send us work every month get a dedicated point of contact, a style reference that is kept up to date and priority scheduling. Ask us about pricing for recurring volumes when you request your first quote, and browse the portfolio to check that our style fits your firm.

Frequently asked questions about outsourcing for architecture firms
What does outsourcing architectural rendering cost?
Renderings start at $120 to $200 USD per image and 3D animations at $500 USD per 30 seconds. Every project is quoted and itemized in USD before we start, so you can pass the cost through to your client or budget it per phase. Ask us about pricing for recurring volumes.
Why nearshore instead of offshore?
Time zone and communication. Our hours (UTC-6) overlap with US Central Time, so a preview sent in the morning gets feedback and revisions the same day. Everything happens in English, and the cultural references for US residential and commercial projects are familiar to us.
How do you keep our visual style consistent?
We keep a style reference per client: camera heights, lens, sky and lighting mood, entourage and post-production. Every new project starts from it, so your presentations look like they came from one studio.
Can we white-label the renderings?
Yes. The images are delivered without our branding and you present them as your own work. We never publish client projects without written permission.
What software do you work from?
We model from Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino, AutoCAD or PDF drawings. If you already have a 3D model we start from it; if not, we build it from the drawings.
