Residence with Pool and Terrace

A two-story residence with clean lines, white walls with gray brick accents and a front yard of concrete pavers between strips of lawn. The brief was to show the finished house before construction: the front elevation, the social spaces on the ground floor and the outdoor living areas.

What we delivered. An exterior view of the front elevation, interior views of the living room, dining area and kitchen bar, the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and grill, the pool at sunset, and a rendered 3D floor plan of the upper level with its three bedrooms and its relationship to the garden.

How it was used. The images let the owner and the architect approve materials, furniture and proportions before construction, and serve as the presentation set for the project.
