Aerial and Site Plan Rendering Services

Bird's-eye views of the whole project: the building or community, its layout, amenities, roads and surroundings, from the angle that explains the site in one image.

Some projects cannot be explained from the ground. A master-planned community, a resort, a multi-building development or a lot subdivision only makes sense when you see the whole site at once: where the entrance is, how the roads connect, where the amenities sit, what the views are. That is what an aerial rendering does.

Realidad Arquitectónica produces aerial renderings and rendered site plans for US developers, home builders, architects and planners from our studio in Guadalajara, Mexico. We communicate in English, quote in US dollars and keep hours that overlap with US Central Time.

Two kinds of aerial images

  • Aerial renderings show the project from an oblique angle above, with the buildings, landscaping and context in perspective. They are the hero image of most community websites and investor decks.
  • Rendered site plans look nearly straight down, like the civil plan but with real roofs, paving, lawns, trees, water and shadows. They are the image sales teams use to walk buyers through lots, unit locations and phases.

Most projects benefit from both, and we produce them from the same 3D model, along with exterior renderings of the individual buildings.

Real site, rendered project

When the location is part of the pitch, we integrate drone photography of the actual site with the rendered project. We match the lens, the camera height and the time of day, so the building sits on the real terrain with the real neighbors, roads and views. If you do not have drone photography, we model the surroundings from satellite imagery, street-level references and your survey.

Aerial views for pre-construction sales

For developers, the aerial view is usually the first image a buyer sees and the one that closes the sale of a lot or a unit with a view. It also works as the base for labeled sales plans: phases, lot numbers, amenity locations and unit types, delivered as separate layers so your marketing team can update them. How we work

Send us the site plan, the building drawings or massing and the location (what files we need), and you get an itemized quote in USD the same business day. We model the project and its context, send preview views so you can choose angles and heights, and deliver the final high-resolution images once you approve the previews.

Frequently asked questions about aerial & site plan rendering

How much does an aerial rendering cost?

Aerial renderings start at $120 to $200 USD per image for a single building in its immediate context. Master plans with many buildings, roads and landscaping are quoted according to the amount of modeling they require. You receive an itemized quote in USD before we start.

What is a site plan rendering?

A rendered site plan is a near-plan view of the whole site showing lots, buildings, roads, parking, amenities and landscaping with real materials and shadows, instead of the line drawing of a civil plan. It is the image most communities use on their website and sales center to explain the layout.

Can you combine the rendering with a drone photo of the site?

Yes. If you can provide drone photography, or commission it locally, we match the camera and lighting and place the rendered project on the real site. Buyers see the actual surroundings, roads and views.

What do you need to render an aerial view?

The site plan or master plan, the architectural drawings or massing of the buildings, the location (address or coordinates) so we can model the context, and any drone photography you have. With that we propose camera angles and quote the same business day.

Can you show phases or label the plan?

Yes. We deliver labeled versions with phases, lot numbers, amenities or unit types marked, and clean versions for your designers to annotate.

Have a project coming up?

Send us your drawings, references or a sketch and we'll reply with an itemized quote in USD the same business day.
