Real Estate 3D Rendering Services for Pre-Construction Sales
Complete image sets for pre-construction sales: exteriors, amenities, unit interiors and aerial views, consistent across the whole project, ready for brochures, listings and sales centers.
Pre-construction sales depend on images. Before the model unit exists, the rendering is the product: it is what the listing shows, what the brochure prints and what the sales team puts on the screen. The quality and consistency of those images affect absorption, pricing and how much explaining the sales team has to do.
Realidad Arquitectónica has produced rendering packages for residential developments, condo towers, master-planned communities and resorts across Mexico for more than fourteen years, and now serves US developers and real estate marketing teams from our studio in Guadalajara. We communicate in English, quote in US dollars and keep hours that overlap with US Central Time.
What a pre-construction image set includes
A typical package covers four kinds of images, all produced from the same 3D model:
- Exterior renderings of the building or community from the approach, the street and the key corners, at the time of day that flatters the architecture.
- Amenity renderings that sell the lifestyle: lobby, pool deck, rooftop, gym, coworking, kids’ areas.
- Unit interiors for each unit type, furnished and finished with the actual specification, so buyers understand what they are purchasing.
- Aerial and site plan views that place the project in its surroundings and explain the master plan.
Rendered 3D floor plans and a short walkthrough animation complete the set for websites and social media.
Consistency across the project
A buyer should not notice that the exterior and the interiors were produced months apart. We keep one model, one material library and one lighting setup per project, so every image belongs to the same campaign. When the project moves to a second phase or a new unit type is released, the new images match the originals.
Working with marketing agencies and sales teams
Many of our real estate clients are agencies producing a campaign for a developer. We work from your shot list and brand guidelines, deliver in the formats your designers need, and keep the rendered files available for later variants, such as a night view or a new angle for a billboard. Images are delivered without our branding.
How we work
Send us the drawings, the finish specification and the views your campaign needs and you get an itemized quote in USD the same business day. Our rendering cost guide explains how image sets are priced. We build the model, propose camera angles and send preview views. Your team reviews materials, lighting, furniture and framing, we adjust, and once you approve the previews we deliver the final high-resolution images.
Frequently asked questions about real estate rendering
How much does real estate rendering cost?
Exterior, interior and aerial renderings start at $120 to $200 USD per image, and walkthrough animations start at $500 USD per 30 seconds. Pre-construction packages that combine several views are quoted as a set, with an itemized quote in USD before we start.
What do you need to start a pre-construction image set?
The architectural drawings (plans, elevations and sections as PDF, DWG, SketchUp or Revit), the finish specification or references, a site plan or location, and a note on which views your marketing plan needs. With that we propose a shot list and quote it the same business day.
Can you keep all the images consistent across unit types and phases?
Yes. We keep one 3D model per project, so every exterior, interior and aerial view shares the same materials, lighting and style. When a later phase or a new unit type is added, it matches the existing set.
Do you produce images for MLS listings and listing portals?
Yes. We deliver images at the resolutions and aspect ratios your portals, brochures and sales center screens require, and we can produce variants for social media formats.
Can you add real photography of the site or the view?
Yes. When the view is a selling point, we integrate drone or ground photography of the actual site and surroundings with the rendered building, so buyers see the real context.
Have a project coming up?
Send us your drawings, references or a sketch and we'll reply with an itemized quote in USD the same business day.
